Whether you are new to what NVC brings, plan on becoming a certified trainer, are longing to deepen your NVC practice, or simply wanting to bring yourself deeper into your national and international community - an IIT has the capacity to change lives.
Over four days, you will first gain understanding of the principles and consciousness needed to make NVC relevant to people from all groups. Next, you will work on designing a workshop for one group of your choice, utilizing techniques from principle based teaching and graphic facilitation to develop your approach and materials for the workshop.
